Hay fever symptoms

  • Sneezing
  • Redness around the eyes and nose
  • Eyes that are itchy and watery
  • Sore throat and mouth
  • A nose that’s blocked or runny
  • Tight chest(asthmatic)

How does Haytox work?

Haytox is a neuro modulator medicine, meaning it works by interfering with the way nerves in the body communicate. When administering a Haytox treatment, it is sprayed into the nasal cavities. Once settled, Haytox blocks certain nerve endings, thus preventing the bodily response to an allergy. This is an extremely straightforward process, with a simple nasal spray into each nostril being sufficient to provide effective protection against the symptoms of hay fever. It’s important to note that Haytox doesn’t ‘cure’ hay fever, it provides long term relief from its symptoms. The medication can also be used as an anti wrinkle solution. If you’re unsure, simply arrange to chat with a member of our professional medical staff.

Haytox 5

Effective treatment delivered simply

While there are many different treatment options for hay fever, Haytox is often longer lasting and less invasive. Administering the substance through a nasal spray takes no time at all. Plus, this method is ideal for guests who are squeamish around needles, which are sometimes used to administer alternative hay fever treatments. At VIDA Clinics, we want all our guests to have a stress-free experience that gives them long lasting results. Our medical professionals will explain exactly what will happen during the procedure so you have all the relevant information.

Potential benefits of Haytox

Hay fever is a very common condition affecting roughly 1 in 4 in the UK. Currently, there is no cure for hay fever. As such, those with the condition often see symptoms appear during periods of high pollen with only short term relief available. Haytox offers long lasting relief from hay fever symptoms, allowing sufferers to experience a better quality of life for the entire spring and summer without the need for multiple treatments. Simply book an appoint with our private GP Wirral team and we’ll book you in for the treatment at a time that suits you. We also have branches in Chester and Liverpool so we’re never too far away for those in the North West.

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I suitable for Haytox?

Guests will be eligible for Haytox treatments if they have tried other methods for controlling hay fever symptoms and they haven’t produced the desired results. These methods include antihistamines and prescription medication. Haytox is not recommended for people who are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a chronic nerve condition, or who are under the age of 18.

How long does Haytox treatment last?

Depending on the severity of the symptoms, as well as other factors in the individual’s medical history, Haytox relief can last anywhere between 3 and 6 months.

How long does it take to see results from Haytox?

This treatment is not instantaneous. Instead, guests often start to see relief from symptoms after 2-3 weeks.

How do I prepare for Haytox treatment?

The only recommendation prior to the administration of Haytox is that guests use a eucalyptus or neutral nasal spray roughly 45 minutes before the appointment. This is designed to clear out any particles and nasal fluid which might prevent Haytox from being administered correctly.
